Need to return or exchange something?

No worries — we’ve got you covered!

Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery at woodcraftdiy.store@gmail.com

Send it back along with your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

You can also request a cancellation before your order ships we’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you’ll never miss a thing.

A few exceptions (we like to be transparent!)

Because of the handmade nature of our products, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Intimate-use items (for hygiene reasons)

Items on sale or clearance

(Unless, of course, they arrive damaged or defective — then we’ll absolutely make it right.)

Return Conditions

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
